UKVI Readiness & Compliance Statement
London Medical Pathway Institute (LMPI) is committed to operating responsibly within the UK’s education and immigration framework.
1. Purpose of This Statement
This statement outlines LMPI’s current position, compliance approach, and future intentions in relation to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), providing transparency for students, parents, partners, and stakeholders.
LMPI is not currently a UKVI Student Sponsor and does not issue Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
- LMPI does not recruit students who require CAS sponsorship at this stage.
- LMPI does not represent itself as a visa-sponsoring institution.
- LMPI programmes are structured to operate lawfully without UKVI sponsorship.
3. Programme Design & Compliance Approach
LMPI delivers preparatory and foundation-level education through carefully designed programme structures that distinguish between UK-based delivery and offshore or online delivery.
For international students:
- The UK-based component of any LMPI programme does not exceed six (6) months.
- Offshore components are delivered online or outside the UK.
- This split-delivery model ensures alignment with UK immigration requirements while maintaining academic integrity.
4. Admissions Transparency
LMPI maintains transparent admissions practices, including:
- Clear written offer letters
- Explicit visa disclosures
- Published refund policies
- No guarantees of visa approval
5. Institutional Readiness & Governance
Although not currently a UKVI sponsor, LMPI has implemented governance and operational practices aligned with sponsor-level expectations, including:
- Formal academic oversight and programme leadership
- Attendance monitoring systems
- Student engagement and welfare tracking
- Safeguarding and wellbeing frameworks
- Complaints and appeals procedures
- Data protection and record-keeping protocols
6. Future Consideration
LMPI may, at an appropriate stage, consider applying for UKVI Student Sponsor status based on operating history and regulatory readiness. No timeline is implied, and LMPI will only pursue sponsorship where it can do so responsibly.
7. Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for ensuring they hold lawful permission to enter and remain in the UK and for seeking independent immigration advice where required. LMPI does not provide immigration advice.
8. Commitment to Ongoing Compliance
LMPI remains committed to lawful operation, transparent communication, ethical recruitment, and continuous review of its policies. This commitment underpins our mission to provide high-quality preparatory education without misrepresentation or undue risk to students.
